Wood grain is really nice, seat is comfortable not too small, spindle legs look really nice and match my dining chairs.Only critic is the legs are close together and if the chair is turned sideways there is a chance of tipping over overall though it is a great buy. The instructions should include that the chair seat tilts to the back so when it is assembled you need to position the metal turner just right . Really love the look of them. My grandchildren love them too!

We purchased two of these chairs for our kitchen counter. They are sturdy and nicely finished. Please note that they are designed to tilt slightly backward; this is not shown in the directions--in fact, there are no directions. If the seat is not positioned properly the seat tilts sideways. Once you've figured out how to position the swivel, it goes together easily.
