The table itself is just what I needed, so I'm happy with my purchase. But I thought it was a bit expensive and not as light-weight as I thought it would be. It did not come with any inserts or instructions at all. No assembly is required, but if you're not familiar with folding leg tables, you may not know that you have to slide a metal ring on the leg joints one way or the other to lock into place and then to collapse the legs. This may lead to a table that collapses with legs not locked properly into place, or it may lead to someone bending the legs by trying to force the legs to fold with the ring still in the locked position. Also, the top table surface it quite a bit lumpy and bumpy, especially around the edges. Despite all of this, it is what I needed and I am familiar with such tables, so I know how to use the ring. It's a rather sturdy table. Overall, I would recommend this product.
